Full service tape and reel provides protection to electronic components and is an essential part of the assembly process.

• 3D inspection and reporting on all full service tape and reel orders: Our automated systems provide 2D and 3D inspection ensuring all components are defect-free. In 2D inspection, images of each component are analyzed, and in 3D inspection laser technology creates a detailed 3D model of each component.
• All common carriers in stock, with custom carrier tapes available.
• Custom tooling available: We will work with your team to develop the perfect carrier tape to carry and transport your components. Carriers are available in paper or durable plastic. ProEx’s high-quality plastic options include polystyrene & polycarbonate. Carrier tape material is determined based on the size & fragility of the components in transport.
• Fast and same-day semiconductor tape and reel process available: ProEx will process standard orders in three business days, and we can also provide rush and same-day for our tape and reel services.
