tape & reel
Tape & Reel is no longer optional for most modern assembly lines—it is a requirement. We ensure it’s done correctly, consistently, and to specification.
ProEx converts bulk semiconductor components into production-ready tape and reel packaging for automated SMT assembly lines, following EIA-481 and JEDEC standards to ensure pick-and-place compatibility, with standard processing completed in three business days or less and rush or same-day options available.

Components can be baked, kitted, packaged, and labeled to your exact quantity, build, or line requirement.
ProEx provides JEDEC-compliant baking for moisture-sensitive semiconductor devices along with dry packaging using moisture barrier bags, desiccant, humidity indicator cards, and vacuum sealing, with components kitted, labeled, serialized, and packaged to exact production quantities for automated assembly lines.
